You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted items
Accessories or personal care items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll be happy to exchange it.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 250, which is non-refundable.
