Refund policy

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories or personal care items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll be happy to exchange it.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.

  • Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 250, which is non-refundable.
